How I Work

Diagnose first. Then design.

Most training starts with an answer. Mine starts with a question: why does this problem actually exist?

Before I build anything, whether a company-wide program, a leadership engagement, or a single coaching relationship, I go looking for the root, not the symptom.

What's actually costing your team time, trust, or growth? What's already been tried, and why didn't it hold?

Only then do I design. Every program is built around what I find, never a template pulled off a shelf.

It takes longer to start. It's the only way the work still holds after I leave the room.

The Multiplying Leader

Most managers get promoted for what they can do. This is for the ones who want to be promoted again: for what their team can do when they're not the bottleneck.

About Me

An educator who never let a class end on ideas.

As an educator, I was the one who wouldn't let a class end on ideas: every lesson had to end with students doing, not just knowing. Three years in, that habit didn't leave when I did. It became the whole premise of how I train.

Today, as a Corporate Trainer and L&D Specialist, I run sessions people can actually use, not another deck to file away, but something to do differently by Monday morning.

I don't believe in training people. I believe in rehearsing the moment until it's already theirs before they need it.

TTT-certified and shaped by a storytelling-first approach to facilitation, I work with managers and organisations tired of information-heavy workshops that don't change behaviour. Whether it's one manager working through their team's specific bottlenecks, or a company diagnosing a performance problem at the root, my method stays the same: understand deeply, then build something that has to work, because it's built around what's actually happening.

If “did anything actually change by Monday?” is the only metric you care about, that's the work.

Training Needs Analysis

Before I design a program, I diagnose the problem.

Most training fails not because the delivery is weak, but because it's solving the wrong problem. I work directly with your team to understand what's actually happening on the ground, identify the root cause, not just the symptom, and build a learning intervention shaped around it, not a generic module pulled off a shelf.

The result: training your teams actually need, that you can defend the ROI on.
